Payment Terms

• Fees: All service fees are outlined in the provided agreement. Additional work outside the scope of the initial agreement may incur extra charges.

• Invoices: We issue invoices upon project milestones or at specified intervals. Payments are due on the invoice date unless agreed otherwise.

• Late Payments: A 2% monthly late fee may apply to overdue invoices. We reserve the right to pause services until outstanding payments are cleared.

Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Upon full payment, you gain ownership of the final deliverables. However, we retain the right to showcase project work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

• Licensing: You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables per the agreement. Reselling or redistributing without our consent is prohibited.

• Third-Party Materials: If third-party elements are incorporated, we ensure proper licensing. However, it remains your responsibility to comply with those licenses.

Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any exchanged information and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent unless required by law.

Termination

• By the Client: You may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. Payment for work completed up to the termination date is required.

• By Us: We may terminate the agreement if you violate these Terms or fail to meet obligations. Notice will be given, and you will be responsible for payment of completed work.

Chargebacks & Defamation
The Nexion Tech reserves the right to take legal action in cases of unjustified chargebacks or defamatory statements against our brand. We may suspend ongoing work until disputes are resolved.

Revision Policy
All requested changes must be finalized before the website launch, as modifications post-launch may not be accommodated. Regular maintenance is recommended for optimal website performance. Refund requests after design approval are not valid.

Prohibited Content
Users are prohibited from submitting or sharing illegal, misleading, defamatory, offensive, obscene, or objectionable content through our services.

Disclaimer
Our website and services are provided “as is” without express or implied warranties. The Nexion Tech disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability
